Finding countries to build new corporations
When you look for a country to build a corporation, you will find in many cases, that the workers you need are not available or only partially available. Building the new corporation should proceed even if the workers are not available especially if the corporation is built in a country without a president.
When the corporation is built, salaries can be set at a level slightly higher than the level in that country and workers will move over to the higher paying corporation.
In general, the corporations that are making products that are in oversupply will be the ones losing their workers and may close down later, which is a natural process in the economy. It will reduce the overproduction.
Many products are showing surpluses and corporations are closing. This will create more space for new corporations that make products that are in short supply.
