Corporations in countries with no president
Countries without a president are run automatically. The automatic process that runs these countries will periodically try to build new corporations that are producing products that are on short supply. This process takes place if the country has at least 50% of the needed manpower to run such corporations. Corporations with low production levels and low market value are closed and the closing process is faster than in countries with a playing president.
