Corporations order materials when the available quantity is reduced to the quantity they need for two months production.
Orders for new materials are large and may be seen as unrealistic. They are so large to reduce the number of orders on the product market. Orders for raw material are at a level of 6 to 12 months of what is needed for the production process.
