Buying Navy carriers and navy weapons
To set up a navy, either a carrier or a fleet command ship must be purchased first. When available, other navy weapons and ships can be added.
Purchasing and operating multiple carriers is limited to Premium Members only. All other players can operate one aircraft carrier, one helicopter carrier and one fleet command.
